The short version: Fast Dice doesn't have a server, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't share anything with anyone. Everything the app knows lives only on your device.
What Fast Dice does not do
- It does not require or collect a name, email address, or account of any kind.
- It does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- It does not transmit any data to us or to anyone else — the app has no backend server.
What's stored, and where
Your dice groups, saved configurations, and custom dice are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device, is never backed up to our systems (we don't have any), and is removed if you delete the app.
Motion data (shake to roll)
Fast Dice can use your device's motion sensors to detect a shake gesture as an alternative way to roll dice. This motion data is processed entirely on-device in the moment it happens — it is never stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere.
Purchases
The optional unlock is handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Fast Dice never sees or stores your payment details — that information is handled under Apple's own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
Because Fast Dice collects no personal data from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that requires collecting data — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
